We offer a full service which includes all paperwork, European Pet Passports, vet checkups (microchip and rabies) and we also offer transportation to the airport and a door-to-door service if requried.
JL Pet Flights offers a pre-flight or post-flight boarding in our fully fenced and secure finca.

OMG where do I start?! Janice has been incredible from day one this was our first time bringing a pet on a flight, and we were in the UK whilst our Kylo was in Tenerife so it could have been a nightmare trying to organise things being in a different country but Janice made everything so easy and stress free - always on time and available to reach If anyone needs to fly their furry children then don’t use anyone else! Floki flew out a day after us to London Gatwick. We had to leave him with Janice for 2 nights prior to his flight and I knew he was in excellent hands.
Stressful doesn’t even define how we first felt when trying to organize Flokis’ flights and find out what we needed as well as organizing a whole house in the space of 2 months as were moving back to the UK.
I was recommended JL pet flights/ Janice and I’m so glad that i contacted her. She made everything easy and simple, even though we changed our departure dates a few times . She was always in contact, explained everything throughly. I couldn’t recommend anyone better than Janice, she really does care about your pets well being and makes what could be an over stressful situation, something straightforward, no complications and reassures you all the way.

I highly recommend J L Petflights. On several occasions we have boarded our 2 dogs (podencos) with Janice, she is a natural with dogs and cats and the care they receive during their stay I would describe as being first class - it is a home-from-home at a beautiful finca surrounded by pine forests, they are treated as one of her own pets. When the time came for our move from Tenerife she was on hand to advise and arrange all paperwork requirements - passports, vaccines etc needed for their onward journey. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you so much!

Arona arrived home from Tenerife to Manchester Airport yesterday evening.
She was found a few weeks ago running on a main road in Tenerife. She wouldn’t have survived alone on the streets due to her young age.
Without the professional and caring service of JLPet Flights, Arona wouldn’t be here.
She sorted all her transport and customs arrangements for us to allow her to fly to England.

I had lived on the rock for 17 years and when COVID reared it’s ugly head i had to make the hard decision to return back to the Uk, at the time there were no flights available due to the situation.
Having sold my property I was left with the potential of being homeless with my animals. Janice stepped in and said she would look after my boys in her home until such times as the flights resumed, I was just so grateful.
All paperwork, passports, injections were all sorted via JL Pets.
On my return to Uk I felt really reassured about my boys still being on the rock as I was kept up to date with messages, phone calls and pictures, how reassuring is that.
Mid December flights resumed, boys on first flight, they arrived home, everything brilliant.

Our new addition to the pack, Benny, flew into London Gatwick on Wednesday from Tenerife.
